Mike Pohio - Chief Executive Officer
Mr Pohio was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Prior to joining Tainui Group Holdings, Mike held a number of senior management positions for companies including Port of Tauranga, Fonterra, New Zealand Dairy Group and Elders Pastoral. Mike gained an MBA from IMD, Switzerland in 1999 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. He is a director of NZL Group and was recently appointed as a director of Transpower. |

Nathan York - General Manager, Property
Mr York was appointed General Manager, Property in 2003. Prior to joining Tainui Group Holdings, Nathan was a senior analyst for a private investment company in Auckland. He has a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the University of Waikato and has completed an MBA. Nathan is an executive member of the Waikato Property Council and is also a trustee and an advisor for a number of Maaori land incorporations and trusts. |

Chris Joblin - Chief Financial Officer
Mr Joblin was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Prior to joining TGH Chris held a number of senior financial positions in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Affco Holdings Limited. Chris is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Accountants (CA), and INFINZ (CTP). |

Tama Potaka - General Manager, Corporate Services
Mr Potaka was appointed General Manager Corporate Services in 2009. He is from Ngati Hauiti, Whanganui, and Taranaki, and has strong connections to Ngati Tuwharetoa and Ngati Raukawa. Prior to joining Tainui Group Holdings, Tama was a senior solicitor at Bell Gully. Tama has worked as an attorney in the USA, and in a variety of governance, consultancy, research and legal roles in New Zealand. He has a Masters of Law from Columbia University, New York City, and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science, Maori Studies) from Victoria University of Wellington. Tama is married to Ariana and together they have a daughter - Tiaria Te Ikaroa, and a son - Te Awarua Tamatereka. |
