Whakatupu Commercial Framework
‘Whakatupu’ is our commercial framework which guides and informs decision-making and how we work. It is anchored by four pou – Mana Motuhake, Kaitiakitanga, Whakatupu Taangata, and Whakatupu Rawa – which are derived from Puna Whakatupu Taangata to ensure alignment with tikanga, social outcomes and partnerships. ‘Whakatupu’ is the overarching TGH framework under which all our other frameworks link. If an opportunity, strategy, or direction cannot fit within the Whakatupu Commercial Framework then it is unlikely to be undertaken.
