TGH has designed, built and leased the new regional centre for ACC in central Hamilton. Completed in March 2023, the Warren and Mahoney designed four-storey building totals some 8,500sqm of net lettable area and is a workplace for 650 ACC staff. With a Green Star rating of four, the development includes electric charging stations, end of trip facilities and complementary retail and food and beverage services.
