Located on a prominent central Hamilton city site adjacent to transport links, the 1.4 hectare site currently operates as a retail complex offering quality retail, convenience shopping and dining options. TGH purchased a half share in Centre Place from Kiwi Property Ltd in March 2021.
The JV plans extensive mixed-use development of the site to include new multi-level sustainable office space, apartment living, restaurants, bar and entertainment precinct, and additional retail as part of a 20-year vision for the central city.
