TGH owns the land that the Wintec Hamilton campus is located on and leases it to Wintec.
Wintec delivers educational training to approximately 13,000 students, who study more than 130 vocational courses across many different fields. Wintec has grown from a small technical college to one of Aotearoa, New Zealand's largest tertiary education institutes.
