Over the last two decades, we’ve developed around 4,000 sections across various locations including Huntington, Rototuna, Tramway and stages 1-5 of Rotokauri. With our expertise in residential development, we have carved a niche for ourselves and continue to deliver exceptional value to our iwi.
In early 2022 we completed Te Kaarearea, a pilot initiative in east Hamilton with our iwi, Waikato-Tainui, to support tribal members into their first homes, with around 90% of the 50 properties selling to members of the iwi. TGH will continue to innovate with models for housing development including exploring ‘Build to Rent’ models.
