Stage 1 of Rotokauri Rise in North West Hamilton was developed in 2018, with the first 131 residential sections selling through a range of Group Builders. Subsequent stages will take the total to nearly 900 sections.

The development is a joint venture between TGH, (70%) and Callum Brae Lugton's Limited (30%).
